Wow, I never knew we had so many cooler experts on here.

I have a Yeti. Got the roadie model as a gift. Does it hold ice longer? Yes. Is it made better? Yes. Is it heavier than the cheap coolers? Yes. Is it worth the higher price? That depends on what you are wanting. If filling a cooler every day with ice is not a bother and you don't mind buying a new cooler every once in a while, just buy an igloo, coleman or something like that. They are lighter and will keep ice for a day just fine. However, if refilling your cooler every day is a pain in the butt or simply not practical for your situation - i.e. long trips in remote locations, buy a Yeti because it will most certainly keep your ice longer than the cheap coolers will.

Either way, I don't care what brand cooler anybody has. It's no different than the kind of bow you shoot or the truck you drive - all personal preference and exactly why they make different products to begin with.
