100 acres ~$1500 per member in N.Al, shooting only 160"+ deer.
I was in a club here that had similar hopes and aspirations, payed $4K/yr for 3200 acres, and that was extremely high. In 4 yrs there were a total of 0 deer over 160" harvested. That land had been strictly managed for about 15 yrs prior.
Not saying you can't do it, but it will be a steep climb.
BTW, I probably know of the land you're talking about, and I know one other LMC that is trying to get it. He never said 160. He said 120. The 160 was from someone else's response. Yep, check Red Heads' posts above, he only shoots 160s in Alabama. Maybe he can post up some pics of him with a bunch of dead 160s.
