People have the right to privacy on their own property AS LONG AS THEIR ACTIVITIES ARE NOT HARASSING OTHERS. Somebody shoots a deer rifle that close to my house is harassing me and my family period, end of story. You might not like that but tough shucks!

Persons engaged in lawful hunting activities on their property or property they're allowed to be on are not harassing anyone when going about their lawful hunting activity.

It's only when it becomes a purposeful intent to harass that it crosses the line. As Reyn noted, that might be tough to establish.

You may not like it. Call the po-po all you want. But as long as they're legal and not endangering anyone, you're probably going to be out of luck.
