The easiest blind I've found to build/hunt from/whatever is to tack up some burlap around 3 or 4 trees, carry in a seat, and just hunt. It takes very little time and is really easy to do. If you're worried about noise, go in a few days before you hunt and hang it up. Or you can just go place a seat at the base of a tree. It seems like you're over-thinking all of this...
