Once you get in around 100-200 yards..then things start to change. It has the nice fields, road sysytem , persimmion trees,water chestnut and oaks, nice hardwoods along the creek and food plots.
But from the road it looks just like an inpenetrable thicket. It is also a dead end road...and my tenats live there and let me know of suspicious vehicles. Plus..I put a trail cam that photos all vehicles coming down the road out.
Really noone drives down it but the tenants..and they dont hunt.


That is the way our new lease looks like. Has a substantial amount of road frontage, mile or so, and one way in.
