damnit man.. prayers for the mans family. he should have shot that sumbitch. he was drew down on him and didnt. may have saved his life Sounds like he shot 4 times. Carrying a gun and not knowing how to use it or not being capable of hitting your target with it will get you killed. The guy that was killed appeared to be fighting over a vehicle that he possibly didn’t even own. looked like he had a malfunction or 2 while shooting. The first shot looked like it was at the ground I'm not sure the "good samaritan" was even legally justified in using deadly force
