Once upona time, I leased 104 acres for 2 years because the owner didn't think it was good enough to hunt. Lost it after that because 2 of us killed 15 deer, 9 of which were pretty good bucks, off it in 2 seasons. No, you lost it because you TOLD people you killed 9 good bucks. Social media (and before that, word of mouth (gossip)) caused more people to lose leases than any other reason. Loose lips and all that jazz.
