I use a Brownells Stuck Choke Remaoval Tool to get those kind out. My problem is holding the barrel without damaging it Last one I did I ended up straintening the vent rib too. Oh and the guns usually have some sort of dipped camo finish that prevents the use of heat  I do provide a disclaimer before any wok commences though ... lol This one had that camo wrap on it and the heat gun didn’t hurt it but then I didn’t just leave it in one spot It got hot enough that the Kroil was bubbling out the rust in between the choke and bbl Oh I did the disclaimer before starting too 😁
