You said $4000 for one buck? No sir. $4000 for lease, 10 tons of protein feed, quality food plots, and access to 11 tactacam reveal cell cameras, access to 825 acres of low pressure hunting property with only 4 members. Looking for like minded individuals that are interested in growing big mature deer. Not bucking out on 3 mediocre young deer. So basically yes. 825 acres typically won't hold more than 4 mature deer that meet there harvest criteria if that. Maybe they have a unique piece of property that holds a lot more. $4k is a lot to kill 3 mature bucks to some people but to each there own. Sounds like they are trying to do it right just comes at a high cost.
