I don't think (and most would agree) that a virtually "no limit" regulation on the harvest of bucks in Alabama is sensible.

If fulfilled wouldnt they both leave us at the same place?
perhaps 200,000 licensed hunters &
perhaps 200,000 unlicensed hunters that can kill
