Meat made in a lab—cell-based—is coming sooner rather than later. Ideal cuts, the perfect marbling/taste, and it’ll eventually be more cost-efficient than traditional farming. Not yet though. But it will be meat, not plant-based. Already growing human tissues in the lab. Why not a ribeye?
