You would have missed if the buck's chest was in your crosshairs. In the roughly 1/3 second the bullet needs to travel 335 yards, a deer trotting at 10 MPH will move about 5 feet.

I shot one running full speed across a pasture bout 100 yards he made it to the end n fell I clipped his neck, I was aiming towards the front n hoping lol u gotta be swinging the gun at running deer or get lucky...mainly lucky but I don't try that often
