The coons, possums, and predator traps were all concentrated around the 400 acres of the property with the most turkey activity/nesting habitat. The hogs have been spread out over 3000 acres or a little more since I’ve been trapping for the neighbors also but the large majority of the hogs came from 3 trap sites in the same 400 acres of turkey habitat.


The density of coons in a lot of areas is really eye opening! That 400 acres being a prime example. But I'm just as impressed with removing that many hogs. Thats a ton of food saved for the other critters and less chance of other wildlife being displaced. Great job!
