That is what they planted on my lease before I joined and during the first year except the fields I planted personally. It's a pain to get rid of it. If I plant some of the WTI no plow, which I think has rye grass in it, the deer eat it pretty well. But it doesn't help me as far as mulch when I cut it in the spring.
