I have watched some on video, and I would probably lose my mind sitting in there. They ask all these dumb questions that have nothing to do with anything.

Here is a good example from my lawsuit with the guy who rear ended me. My attorney objected to every question his attorney asked me in discovery. I think my attorney did the same thing in divorce discovery questions.

If you object to it, why not say, we aren't answering it until a judge says we have to answer it?
