Overpopulation of this earth is the major problem. If government would quit providing incentives for people to have more babies would do more good than anything they can do.
Britain does this. If you are on their version of welfare, they will subsidize a maximum of two children. Three and over is on you. The Earth has reached or exceeded it maximum carrying capacity for the human race.
