Some folks like ground cloths, some kneeling pads and others knee pads or just squat. Some folks only use gloves when handling bait and others use different gloves for each task or no gloves. Don't overly worry about scent, they're gonna know you were there. Just be fast and efficient.

A lot of folks like the canvas tool bags over buckets. One handy tool I use is a garden or soil knife. Can poke polyfill or foam blocks under the pan, dig out stones etc. You just have to find your style.

I buy most of my gear from Southern Snares or F&T. The farm store in Monroeville near the courthouse carries a good bit of bait, lure and supplies, and would not be a bad detour if you're coming over on Hwy 84.
