Sounds like you're just angry and don't want to pay the bill. Did they provide the service and repair the damaged leg? If so, pay them what you owe them. They didn't run over your dog. They almost made a mistake, but didn't.
You vote democrat? Never your fault? Always someone elses fault? Don't want to pay what you owe, looking for a free handout?
Cause that's what it reads like.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.
