Great area, and a turnover because of lack of deer doesn’t sound right. You need to find some doctor lawyer types to help cover that high lease price while keeping hunter numbers low. There was turnover because of the previous person running it. I’m pretty much wiping the slate clean with only members I feel understand what the property can become. We’ll find the right types, but I’d rather be patient abs get a good group than rush it and have a bunch of trouble.
