They need to investigate Harpersville Alabama too. Harpersville is a joke. Their PD writes tickets for no reason other than being pricks.
I wouldn’t buy a candy bar in Harpersville if I was starving and I know plenty of people that fee the same way after their PD pills the same crap as what the one in this article is doing. Harpersville was caught and told to stop there unlawful practices a few years back. Must be back in business. Brookside has been a problem for years. Gardendale was court ordered to change their enforcement practice a couple of years back
