This is thing and again I’m not trying to be a jackass……..but if something like this went to court and the rule says “suspend” then Webster’s dictionary defines suspend as “to hang” or “to keep from falling or sinking by some invisible force” such as buoyancy or a solution in a suspension…..There is nothing about it being “elevated”……Elevate means to raise or lift something to a higher position……Does this mean that your bait always has to be in a lower position than your traps?? If I bury my traps and then sprinkle bait on top of the ground is the bait not in an “elevated” position in relation to the traps?
