Im a north Bama plowboy who aint ever killed a wild hog, they good eating? I seen Reeds processing mentioned, that the general census for good processor down there? There was a processor brochure at the sign in shed. I picked one up just because it was there. It’s in my truck so I’ll check it tomorrow. I usually take atleast one hog to Bucksters and just have it made into sausage. One hog made into sausage will usually feed us breakfast for the rest of hunting season
