I usually flag down a dish truck and offer them a hundred bucks cash. That usually gets the job done. A Dish HD receiver is not easy to aim. It takes a meter most of the time. This is what we’ve done in the past. Usually find a retailer that sends a tech out to hang everything and run cable for $150.
