It’s hard to miss those blue wing patches. Woodies will buzz and keep going, teal make multiple passes and are usually in flocks. They work the dekes totally different as in woodies rarely work into the dekes where as teal work them over really good usually.
The shoveler is the one to watch out for. He’ll be sporting that big ole bill and slightly larger body than a bluewing. The lone shoveler you’re usually SOL.
