There is precedent unfortunately from 1905 in Jacobson vs Massachusetts and I believe another case in the 60’s or 70’s on mandates for school children (I could be wrong on the yrs )
I am against mandates, I am fully vaxed but I still believe in freedom.
Its gonna be fought but be prepared to lose unfortunately
And again I’m on the side of freedom

The real fight will come from the unions. It will be interesting to see what they say. They could have the biggest impact.
