What doesn’t make sense with those numbers is partially vaccinated people are the LOWEST percentage effected. The vaccinated numbers will be lower simply because only a small percentage of residents have been vaccinated. Go to the UK where more of the population has ben vaccinated and they will make up a larger percentage of those affected.
