Hope you find the right one. It would definitely have been cheaper for me to to join with you this year and a lot closer. It may work out in the future if we can’t get our numbers up at the new lease and you have a opening.
Bradley, let’s keep in touch. I think we’re in a good position, if necessary, to acquire additional acreage and keep growing a good thing in the future if we want to and can recruit the right-minded folks who want to be part of it. I love this property and have a long time horizon… I expect to see this fresh clearcut turn back into woods. But not doing the math on how old I’ll be then.
