I wish they would clean up all the crackheads camped out at the bypass and interstate exchange at Carmichael Road. The news said one of them got run over the other day. About a week ago I saw a female crackhead pull her boobs out and was shaking them at passing traffic. No police around to get them in order. I was waiting for your punchline: I kept circling the block for over an hour waiting on the police but they never came and made her stop!!
