Is there an issue with keeping it mowed? Too rough or too large an area? Constantly mowing will hold back weeds. I dont live on this property yet. Probably a yr or more from building so its almost a every 10-12 days it needs mowed to keep it under control weed wise. The grass doesnt get bad but the weeds will be halfway to knee height. In turn it takes much longer to cut not to mention the drive time and hauling a mower back and forth.
Ethical behavior is doing the right thing when no one else is watching - even when doing the wrong thing is legal. Aldo Leopold .. (except when it comes to trailer tags)
