anybody know if you can put a pack of these in a little box and ship them? nope - hazardous materials. Have you actually been to the post office and inquired, show me the actual rule, went to my post office last week and they told me i could ship them BC- this argument u will lose. I’m not going to take the time to look up the regs for you but I assure you it’s illegal to ship as regular mail through USPS.
