Hard to beat a steak seared in the cast iron skillet.

This was just a quick meal I whipped up, because Mrs. Irish had to go get her mom out of the hospital and take here to the Assisted Living facility, despite the fact that she still was testing positive for Covid.

I made some smashed (literally) potatoes and a salad. She was one happy camper when she got back.
