IF...IF...I even kill another deer, due to these regulations and trying to make the processors police everyone, I’ll just cut out back straps and make hams/roasts out of the rest. I have no desire to have things ground into this or that and I won’t fool with the political crap. Pretty amazing, isn't it? Something being preached and mandated "that will help hunters!" is harming legitimate businesses and making hunters so pissed of that they're changing the way they do things.
