Painters make more coin painting an individual's house than new construction. Had a painting sub several years ago that dropped all of his home builders because he was killing it repainting people's homes. New homes are simple. Nothing on walls or in the way. nothing to move or cover. And preferably spec houses. No wives, girlfriends or female homeowners to complicate the job.
