Painters make more coin painting an individual's house than new construction. Had a painting sub several years ago that dropped all of his home builders because he was killing it repainting people's homes. Definitely money to be made. Me i like to paint, but i hate the prep work, when i first started with my stepdad, he stuck me in the sanding room (i called the dungeon) learned quick that's not what i wanted to do 🤣
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!
