The CFR in Florida today is <1.5%.
CFR = Case Fatality Rate
IFR = Infection Fatality Rate (this is the number of importance)

CFR is ONLY people that have tested positive
IFR is people that have tested positive + untested positive people

The numbers that I have seen for untested positive people have determined that this number is 11-80 times higher than the number of people that have tested positive. We also know that ~80% of the cases are Asymptomatic (4x the number of tested people)

SO.................................... Take the CFR and divide by 5 or 81 and the IFR should be between those 2 numbers. I know that is a STUPID range, but it will vary by area.

For reference: The IFR for the seasonal flu is ~0.07-0.13%.

IFR varies with age, comorbidities, healthcare, etc. It is a combination, not just one of those factors.

For example Africa........................... High or low?
Africa has horrible healthcare, but sickly people in Africa don't live very long. Their population is relatively young, and free of severe comorbidities.
The Covid IFR in Africa will most likely be lower than in America.
