Already possessed T-cell immunity in much of the population, which led to lots of folks not even having to fight the virus and develop antibodies, is the leading, emerging research topic for this issue. Pretty fascinating stuff. God’s perfectly designed human immune system was not as caught off guard as man was led to believe, as evidenced by the extremely low death counts compared to predictions (even though we are on the threshold of herd immunity as a nation and the virus is nearing elimination).
