To answer your question, I think there’s something yet unknown about what makes it contagious in terms of who is susceptible. There’s something to it in my opinion, but clearly there are many people unaffected. I’m hoping they gain some insight over the next few months that allow these overly restrictive measures to go away. Gonna have to ask the person(s) who paid for/invented this strand. Good news is if Trump losses a cure will be published in Dec/Jan time frame.
