62#. If you can’t comfortably draw your bow from a seated position without “sky drawing” it, you’re pulling too much weight. yes; i would add -- it's also important to do this STONE COLD -- as the first thing you do in the morning ... things get different 30' up a tree in 30/40 deg weather
