Have a buddy with 850 acres leased near county line rd. Up until now its been 4 deer guys on it with not much pressure and one sole turkey hunter.
They are considering adding 2 - 4 more like minded people for deer. They are more trophy oriented than filling the freezer. All are in at least one other club.
Turkey rights are already spoken for unless that guy gives it up. Has a couple of good fishing strip pit ponds on it and creek frontage.
