Went to Andrews today. Rotator cuff impingement. Apparently my acronium(bone above shoulder) is supposed to be flat but mine has a hook. It is rubbing things like bursa, tendons, and rotator cuff muscles. Gave me a steroid shot(which hurt like a mother and hurts worse now) and Told me to give it 3 weeks. If no relief or pain goes away for a while but comes back, have to do mri to see if a tear is present
Sure hope this steroid shot wears off soon and gives me some relief or I won’t be sleeping I had rotator cuff impingement. Bone spurs. I had them ground off. Both shoulders 3 years apart. Hurt like a mfer. The first one is good. The second one I still have pain and numbness in my arm.
