I stayed away from this thread for various reasons. A couple things are clear to me.. there was some sort of non compliance, officers placed a knee on individuals head to subdue the individual- which is actually a taught tactic in combat defensive training. For how long or how hard if the knee action was justified Is in the air. I’m reading that the reason they got out with the individual was for check fraud, which in fact may or may not have been true. Not sure about Minnesota, but check fraud is a felony, and if it happened in Alabama the officers were in the right to place the individual into custody thanks to the laws of arrest. An individual dying is a tragedy and I nor any of you know all the facts. I think y’all should question the non compliance.. perhaps if complied non of this would have happened. As with anything else these days the agenda behind it is the only reason it gained the attention it did. I’ll add that I wouldn’t be on a dude’s neck for nine minutes.
