Our preference is Shelby County but we are looking everywhere. The land prices are so much better a little more North but commuting to work could be an issue for the wife. We are looking at all options. If I had the money, I would buy that 3800 acres in Chelsea.

I owned 46 acres in Helena a few years back and we got sideways with our builder and realized it made sense to sell it. We bought it out of foreclosure and ended up selling it to a builder. Looking at how it has grown up, I am glad we sold it so we can be a little more secluded.
