He lives a few houses down from where it happened. He said he wanted justice for the victim. That there was no reason for them to confront him like they did. From what I heard, (I may have miss understood). The father and son were following the guy. He saw it and started following as well. The father and son went past the victim and stopped to confront him. That’s when he started filming. He says he showed it to the police that day to rebut what the father told them. He is the one who sent it out to make it go viral because nothing was being done.

Don’t know if that is completely accurate. I heard it in the truck yesterday on 99.5. But, that was the jest of his statement.
