Hmmm.... kinda unfair to the deer. I guess it's ok if you're really skilled and don't push the cal's expectations of what that round will do. If I had a say-so, I wouldn't let anyone use that small of a cal to hunt deer nor do head shots. That's just me but it's not that big a deal. Shot from a 22-250. Not unfair if you actually know how to shoot...
