I saw a statement made by a superintendent somewhere, I think, that said something similar to, "We may never know if we have overreacted, but it will be very obvious if we did not do enough."

I certainly agree with that statement.



20,000 deaths is a typical viral season death toll that we've historically done virtually nothing about. That's probably the bellwether. With 330 million, 30,000 is probably a reasonable number.
