serious question, because I'm not well-versed, at all, in the homelessness issue...........but for those of you that may be, has there been any real research as to what percentage are homeless because of something truly out of their control, vs due to their own actions/decisions?
I advise everyone to put some volunteer time in at the Jimmie Hale Mission here in Birmingham. They help the people that want to be helped. The vast majority of the homeless here in Birmingham are living a lifestyle.
