For Bama, that's incorrect. It used to be at the ffl's discretion if you had a permit. No longer.

In Bama, a background check is supposed to be ran on every purchase through a ffl


That's because AL issues permits without a background check with fingerprints. In GA, fingerprints and a background check = no call in to the feds for a gun sale
