Texas requires 15 hours classroom instruction, range qualification, submission of both finger and palm prints and a passport photo. But at least they send you a 90 day notice before your CCW expires. and here I thought "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" was pretty damn clear....but, apparently it isn't. My God....Texas, of all places... Texas is crazy liberal in lots of places. And getting worse. The urban vs rural divide is almost textbook in Texas. The large cities of Texas are going to rule the state with an iron grip in the next 20 years it looks like.
