So far the cold and rain have kept them off the street where I turn left onto Governors from the Parkway. That is a money making spot and have seen two fights where one tries to invade the others honey hole. Homeless tried to establish a tent city there back in the 90's. Pretty sure they used fire hoses to remove them once. They then moved under the elevated portion of 565 around Cook ave. Salvation army, Christmas charities, and a transient hotel by krispy kreme were major draws.
The harder I practice, the luckier I get.
