Troy did you sit in on a presentation, sure you qualified to have any thoughts on the matter  You’re funny. To answer your previous question I’m not unhappy about a thing. I live a happy life. The impression I got from your inquiry was that you were accusing all state agencies of holding the talking point line they’re given and that you were not interested in hearing that perspective, which is fine.
